Toppest Gem of the Series April 5, 2016

I love MTB -Metabolic Total Body.I have been working out Cathe for a long time and ICE is the first series I was hesitant to pre-order cause I wasn't sure to get the usual Cathe intensity. Well I am glad I added ICE to my collection cause I would have regretted if I didn't.MTB is versatile and the intensity element comes from coumpound combos. The usual cathe creativity resulted in great combo. There is quadruple combo of squat/bicepcurl/press and triceps extension. This came in while I was not expecting it.A nice surprise. As always combos were sequenced to meet a seamless flow throughout the entire workout. Cathe delivered again.

I love this for the Blizzard Blast & Shoulders February 19, 2016

I like the entire workout but I love the Blizzard Blast and the Shoulders part.  I love metabolic training in all forms so this is no surprise.    I am particularly loving the all the muscle meltdowns.  3 Giant sets!

Fantastic! January 1, 2016

This has got to be one of my favorite Cathe workouts. It gives such a thorough workout and by adjusting the weights to my level/ability I feel that I get a great yet doable cardio and strength session. It's complete and time efficient and the premixes offer so many options. Cathe is as lovely and personable as always, the camera angles are perfect and the music is just great.Just can't find one negative.

A Favorite December 27, 2015

I'm loving every workout in the ICE series, so far, but this one is my new favorite. Completed this one this morning.
Love the variety of moves.  It is definitely a total body workout.  When picking up the 5 lb dumbbells for certain moves, thinking it should be heavier, you'll soon learn the 5 lbs was the correct weight!
Thanks again, Cathe, for another great workout series!

So Much Variety December 25, 2015

I've been working out with Cathe for almost 20 years and this is an incredible addition to her library. I agree with the above reviewer as to how does she comes up with new variations every time?

I like that there's not a lot of equipment for this routine and I love that you can tailor this to an intermediate workout (high-end though) or make it advanced with blasts.

The chest and ab sections are terrific. However, where are CeDe and Brenda?  I miss the old gang.

My Favourite of the whole ICE Series December 24, 2015

This was a challenging workout for me (I'm 57) but an excellent one.  I needed to modify where needed and take a few additional breaks, but the workout has a great pace and flows really well.  This and Upper Body are my favourites.

Great workout! December 23, 2015

OK, so I consider myself an intermediate/advanced exerciser, I am also a Baby Boomer, and have been working out for a very long time.  I couldn't wait to get Cathe's new ICE series.  I started with this one, and planned to do the basic workout, chest muscle meltdown and stretch.  The workout was AMAZING, challenging in a new way.  It amazes me how Cathe can always think of something new.  I felt so worked out after the basic class--especially my upper body--that I decided not to do the chest segment!  I look forward to building up my stamina, and am hoping I can eventually be able to do the Blizzard Blasts.
