This series is excellent. Step, Jump and Pump is fun, and a great workout. The workout starts on the step, then moves to floor aerobics alternating with weights. All of the major muscle groups are worked out. The premixes are excellent as well if you are running short on time. Step Blast has some great choreography, and the interval challenge at the end is tough. Kick Punch and Crunch is not my favorite, but I do not particularly enjoy kickboxing. Cathe strings together individual moves to make a sequence toward the end of the DVD, so that is an interesting twist, however. Legs and glutes is an excellent DVD. By using ankle weights, the glutes are easily targeted during that portion of the workout. It also raises the heart rate with moves like plyo lunges, using the step for squats, etc. Push-Pull and Supersets are good total body workouts as well. I highly recommend this series if you are looking for a good mix of fun cardio and weights.

Each of these workouts will make you sweat and burn!! The weight workouts aren't as tough as some of Cathe's other workouts, so it's a great entry and step up from a beg/inter. The cardio workouts and circuit workouts are very fun, Cathe is motivating and at the top of her form throughout the workouts. A must have series!!!
