I downloaded Cathe's Gym Style Series last February, and I was instantly hooked! These workout keep me motivated, and excuses to not weight train are no longer an issue! Excellent job! Great R&B-influenced music in Back, Shoulders and Biceps!

Mostly Good!

The choreography and verbal cues in this DVD are excellent. The exercises are simple, basic gym style that are easy to follow. Cathe's instructions are clear and she has a fun, upbeat personality that is motivating. Nice use of partial reps and negatives. However, and I'm being a little greedy here, personally I would have liked to have seen and done some supersets, giant sets, pyramids, and drop sets.

Plateau Busting

After having a second child, getting into the gym was exponentially more difficult; I decided to give the gym style series a try. WOW - what a plateau buster! All three really broke me out of the rut and helped me drop the baby weight. I love the upper body focus in the series, Cathe really shows how to build muscle, not just tone. It's a fast enough pace to stay challenged, but not so fast that you can't exercise with good form. If you're looking to get stronger, Cathe can get you on target.

The Gym Style series is an excellent strength/muscle-building series. With this DVD, the chest, shoulders and biceps are worked to the max, then taken even further with the use of a resistance band.
A top quality workout which gives results quickly!

All the Gym Style series are great for muscle building. I own all of them!!! They're great. I noticed my biceps are bigger, and I have a complete V shape in my back!! Great workouts
