Awesome resistance cycle workout January 4, 2017

I love this cycle workout! Although Pedal Power is my FAVORITE, this is 2nd because it's more resistance oriented, instead of speed drills...no Tabatas!

I felt like I got more of a workout doing this video on my indoor stationary bicycle than I did after riding with my teenage son on a ten mile ride on our bicycles outdoors!

More cycle workouts, Cathe, please!

Cycle Max / Wow what a workout! September 8, 2012

This is a fun cardio workout like you wouldn't believe!  Cathe is not kidding when she says you will wring your shirt out when you are done...yes, one sweaty mess!  I HIGHLY recommend this if you want to loose weight.  This is also good on the knees and joints.  If you haven't rode a bike or spin cycle in a while, it is easy on the buttocks because you stand several times while cycling, simulating hill climbing.  In other words, no saddle sores!  This is a great DVD to mix in with your weight training DVD's.  I had to actually cut back on this workout to once per week because I was loosing too much weight!  I am blessed with a high metabolic rate but this is something you will need to experience yourself.  I can guarantee you will burn plenty of calories no matter what kind of metabolic rate you have!!!  Excellent DVD.

I have every DVD Cathe's ever made and am a huge Cathelete, however I don't really like Cyclemax. A few reasons: the music doesn't motivate me and I find it kind of boring, and there is so much standing out of the saddle that it is really unusual for a spinning workout (I have done many live classes, in multiple gyms) and because of that I cannot adapt it to my LifeCycle very well. It would help if Cathe gave some tips about what to do when you can't stand up like they do in the video. I paid a small fortune for the LifeCycle and will not be buying a spinner on top of it. Other than that, it's ok, but after doing this video 3 times I will probably not be doing it again, honestly.

omg   i love this workout u sweat and sweat ..and the music is fabulous  ..it is so doable..the premixes r awesome..no dread factor..cathe please make another one..cant believe how great this one is...but u have to have a fierce soundtrack just like this one...love it love it love it

This is a fantastic workout which I have been searching for to utilise my spin bike to the max!  I love how this low impact workout really increases my fitness level without compromising my joints.  I hope Cathe makes this type of workout a regular release as I will certainly be on the pre order list!
