This is a tough workout - I count 72 pushups in the sequence :) You will be happy with working your way towards it, really!  Love the tricep workout in this - one of Cathe's best.  Had serious DOMS for two days now!!

I love this workout! Time moves so quickly...not boring at all, but is so very thorough. The timesaver premix is wonderful as well! I feel the DOMS today!!

Great scuplting workout May 8, 2008

I decided to complete 4 weeks of this video prior to rating it.  I wanted to see if I would notice a change in my definition and strength...I am noticing major changes.  It was very difficult to get started, especially using the weights Cathe used, but I am now happy I stuck with it...and will continue to commit to this video at least twice weekly...GREAT Results!!!!

I own all of Cathe's upper body strength videos.  They are all great, but there is something magic about this particular DVD.

By the end of the workout I was hosed!

This workout is awesome!  You will definitely feel the burn and see results with this killer of a workout!

This is a workout that will likely appeal to both women and men.

This to me is one of Cathe's toughest.Love the music , coreography. If you are really looking for a workout that you are going to know you did tomororrow. This is it.
The band work finish off is the best.

There is some kind of magic in the sequencing of this Chest and Tricep workout. Maybe it's the 42 or more slow  push-ups in decrementing counts leading into some traditional yet tough chest moves that will no doubt leave you with some of the best delayed onset muscle soreness the next day. Highly effective and challenging for an often hard group of muscles to work in a new and serious fashion. A worthwhile investment.
