I have been working out off and on since I was 13 years old (gosh, that was a long time ago). After having 4 children and gaining weight with college and working and just life in general, I have started working out again. I was already familiar with Cathe and she is THE BEST! I love her work-outs, her energy, the music, and her very clever moves. I never get bored with her work-outs. The basic step beginner video is very doable for beginners. Her cueing is excellent and she always tries to break down all the moves to make them easy to learn, although I still mess up at times. As far as the Step goes, it's the best one I've ever owned. I just love this entire package, and would recommend it.
