This may be Cathe's toughest workout thus far. I'm very fit (fitness athlete) and this leaves me winded every time. Don't let that discourage you, though! It is a very fun workout, with new combos and thoughtful programming. Also, it is very easy to modify, if needed. Great one, Cathe!

I really felt it in my legs the next day after this workout. Using the step makes it much more intense. I love that the barbell is set a one weight and no adjusting needed. I found this to be Cathe's toughest workout for me but loved it. Have multiply towels ready for the sweat fest you will have!!!

Cathe, you did it again.  This is one tough circuit that is quite different from your other winning workouts.  There is new variations here. How you come up with these creations, I'll never know!  For an advanced exerciser, I was quite winded.  This workout is fun and very challenging and will wok your muscles to a new level. I can't wait to try the whole series.

What I love about this workout is how much you can change it up!  I completed it with a 30lb Barbell, and went a little lighter on the DBs and did just one riser the first time.  A few cardio blasts were so tough but no worries, I grabbed my firewalker loop and did jumping jacks with it.  It's really an advantage to watch one time before working out to it so you can note any quick adjustments like that.  I can totally use this one to go heavy on the legs and lower the step even more to just the platform if I wanted to.  The cardio was amazing with the lighter weights, and I can't wait to start building slowly until I lift the same amount in the DVD!!  Great Job!
