This DVD contains two workouts: Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks. This DVD is also known as the 2 pak


Circuit Max

Circuit Max is a 60 minute workout based on the circuit training concept.
This time efficient workout consists of 6 cycles, each containing 5 minutes
of cardiovasular conditioning, immediately followed by 2 minutes of muscular
endurance training. This intense workout will help burn body fat and
increase lean muscle mass. Not only that, but its fun, full of variety and and will keep you motivated for workouts to come.

Cardio Kicks
60 minutes total.....5 minute warm up, then 45 minutes of my own version of a kickbox workout which provides the flavor of kickbox through kicks and punches but in a very fun and free flowing format. Though some form and technique will be mentioned, it will not be the focus of this workout. It concludes with a 7 minute stretch.

I love both of these! Cardio Kicks is a great mix of old school hi-lo and kickboxing moves, a great high intensity cardio workout. Circuit max is a great mix of hi-lo intervals at first mixed with compound weight work, then kick box inspired interval with weight interval, then step. It ends with extra toning work and abs. A great circuit workout!

I just bought Cardio Kicks from a Deal of the Day offer. I ABSOLUTELY love this workout. It's perfectly choreographed and cue'd. It exceeded my expectations--by far. It will remain on my rotation for awhile. I was insane enough to do this workout with 2lb gloves. Yikes. I loved it though. I encourage everyone to visit or revisit this workout.

I love love love the Cardio Kicks, it is my absolute favorite workout to date and can't wait to do it again. Love the moves and music. I smiled all the way through. It's a match made in heaven. LOVE the jump kicks.

Circuit Max is a sweat fest and very challenging. I had a hard time with the weight and lunge moves combined but plan on mastering that with time.

Excellent workout January 19, 2011

Just got this one yesterday and we did it this morning.  Very good.  I love that it has the floor work and uses the step.  Weight work was just enough.  MOved fast, but I never felt winded.  Must remember to double knot your laces for this one and have your OJ before you start!

Don't Overlook Circuit Max! November 19, 2007

I've recently discovered Circuit Max. What a great workout! I really love the combination of hi/low, kickboxing, and step all in one workout. I especially love the combo kickboxing/step segment (there's great James Bond-like music here) and the last two step segments, which flow together very well. All body parts are worked, too. The time flew by for me, and I couldn't believe how much I was sweating. I'm so glad I bought this workout. It's a wonderful one-hour circuit, using compound strength moves to optimize the time. I hope it doesn't get overlooked! Try it; you'll love it!
