I'm so glad I bought this one!!! It probably helps that I DO own the 3 dvd's that are on this as the beginning of this wkout gets RIGHT to it w/ no build up. The 3 wkouts featured happen to be my favorites! If you want an amazing cardio wkout then def buy this one! It's totally worth it. The w/u is active and gets you ready, then it's the BM2 step combo/finished routine for about 6 minutes. On to low impact on the step w/ blasts. No dread but it moves from 1 circuit to the next so be prepared! After maybe 4 "circuits" you go into Drill max "drills". These are athletic type moves, the only dread is the stability ball routine...it kills the arms. All in all it's an excellent workout that gets the HR up, up, up and keeps it there! I loved it!! If you can do, Drill max, Body Max 2, any of the Hardcore extremes...you'll love this! Thanks Cathe!

Great Cardio Workout

This is a great workout if you want a tough cardio workout. How can you go wrong when it combines drill max and body max 2, which are 2 great workouts. I never did Low Impact Circuit before, but that is also a good segment.

I love the variety in this workout. Since it is a compilation dvd, it may take a couple of times for the step combos to come together for you, but press on! It is worth the effort! This gives you a great overall workout. If you think it is easy when you first start, just keep going. By the end you will have had an amazing and enjoyable workout.

love this intense workout

This entire DVD is great, but I find my absolute favorite part of it is the mixed cardio premix. This combines the warm-up and stretch from Body Max 2 with multiple drills from Drill Max. It kicks my you know what, burns a lot of calories, is total fun, with great music, and does all that in 41 minutes. I am often short on time and this premix gives me a fantastic cardio workout in a relatively short period of time.

It grows on you

At first, I thought this video had too much of a "mixed tape" feel: a little of this, a little of that....but after a few workouts, I'm finding that this is great for a long cardio day. You keep your heart rate up without getting bored by endless routines. And the drills are intense!
My husband is healthy, fit Marine, and even he was feeling the intensity on the drill section. He said that a lot of her moves are the types of exercises that the Marine Corps is now adopting as part of their physical training program. He is very impressed with the quality of the workout. Frankly, I just find Cathe and the rest of the gang a whole lot of fun to follow along to.
