I bought this instead of a barbell set, which just seemed overkill in a one bedroom apartment (my neighbors below thanked me!). Have used it for Step Pump & Jump and Body Max - works very well. You can adjust the tension on the resistance tube to make it "heavier/lighter" - I am definitely happy with the results. Even a small amount of weight makes a world of difference to your workout.
